Salzburg Photos: Beer Garden of the Müllner Bräu
return to "summer
photos"
The Müllner Bräu was once part of an Augustine monastery
and church. The Augustinians have left centuries ago and the venue now belong to the Benedictine monastery of Michaelbeuern,
in the nearby village of Dorfbeuern - which maintains it as Salzburg′s biggest, most popular and most famous beer garden. Particularly nice in summers, when the excellent lager beer can be enjoyed from large steins in the shade of chestnut trees.
Salzburg is famous for its beer gardens.
